“The Board of Directors wants all four districts to have the opportunity to host an annual meeting prior to the implementation of a telecommunications process for annual meetings.  The 2011 Annual Meeting is the fourth meeting and will be hosted in Bismarck which is in the NW District.  During 2011, the board will consider telecommunication options for future annual meetings.”
